Plan Your Training

Before you just hit the gym, track or road think and plan. What are you doing today? Why are you doing the same routine? What is the purpose of todays session? What are you training for and are you making any progress? Sometimes you have to step back and assess your goals and how to achieve them. Think about SMART goals and P L A N your training property. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail . . .
