Exercise and Confidence Building.. the two come hand in hand?

Exercise is a great way of building confidence and self esteem. It is achievable when one has a specific SMART goals that can be used as a bench mark over time to see improvement in ones strength, size and tone as well as having an impact on ones overall body image. This in turn will have an impact on how everyday life is performed in the sense of standing  and walking tall due to improved posture through exercises performed with great form. 

It is also a visible effect that I have witnessed that people who previously had lower self confidence when they began their exercise regime achieved more at work and had improved the relationships they were in or seeking due to a more positive outlook on their own lives.
